“I have attended Gráinne’s yoga classes for several years. Gráinne (literally) walked into my life when work was painfully stressful. Making the time to go to her classes was the best thing I ever did. As a member of her class, you never feel under pressure to do something you are not ready to do. I always appreciate Gráinne saying “Well done!”, something you don’t hear very often in our daily life. Gráinne treats you as an individual and has given me advice in the past tailored to my own health issues (sleeplessness, menopausal symptoms, circulation). Her small workshops are lovely; they enable you to extend your practice and incorporate postures from some different schools of yoga and Pilates, and Gráinne will also provide you with information so that you can continue to practise at home.”
