I am pleased to announce my forthcoming grounding Yoga Workshop. Join us on Sunday 29 January from 10am until 1.30pm at this half day Sunday morning workshop at Bamboo Yoga, a beautiful fully equipped yoga studio environment in Arnold, Nottingham. Allow yoga postures and Pilates exercises to gently awaken you and improve balance, flexibility, core strength, calmness and breathing. Mindfulness meditation will then inspire you and enhance your creativity before crafting your own unique paper mandala. Please see the example of one of my mandalas – the art component uses simple techniques so is accessible to all. We will conclude with deep relaxation to leave you revitalised for several days to come. The deep practice of this 3.5 hour workshop will also help you bring fruition to your plans and potential for 2017. The yoga, Pilates, art and meditation segments of the morning will be split into sections to allow some respite from the physical and allowing participants to keep moving. The yoga and Pilates are suitable for those who are strong and experienced as well as beginners and those who prefer things gentler can move at their own pace. All welcome and suitable for all – no experience necessary.
